He has worked with some of the best communicators and artists in their field, including Prime Ministers, senior figures from business and industry, and with entertainers and celebrities from around the world. He has advised many on how to express themselves so they make a real impact and truly fulfill their goals or ambitions.

Darren has 13 years of experience in music education having worked with Francis Seriau at Tech Music School as Head of Creative, Marketing and Recruitment. He played a pivotal role in the development and growth of the school. Since leaving Tech Music School, Darren co-founded the dynamic music promotions, event and management company Petulant Penguin, who showcase some of the most exciting emerging artists alongside established, cutting edge names.

Anne-France is a strong believer in social enterprises who want to make a real difference in people’s lives. She shares MET Music Academy’s vision and joined the team because of her strong and diverse experience within the music industry.
Anne-France has worked for EMI Music in France, the United-States and the U.K. Her experience in business support and finance lies in helping artists and labels to become more organised, focused and efficient. As New Media Director for EMI Europe she contributed to the signing of partnerships with new media start-ups like (Shazam, Mobiclick) and large corporations such as(Telefonica, Vivendi)
In 2011 Anne-France joined FINCA UK to raise funds for FINCA microfinance programmes in developing countries and to promote FINCA International Social Entrepreneurship model in Europe.
Anne-France is also a consultant for start-ups and social businesses.

Acclaimed Educator, Music Entrepreneur and Musician, Francis Seriau is an authority in his field.
Francis has pioneered and led work in music education since 1983 and helped provide the crucial bridge between vocational music training, academia and the music industry. He founded the first contemporary music school in the UK, the world-renowned Tech Music Schools, starting with Drumtech in 1983 followed later by Basstech, Vocaltech, Keyboardtech and Guitar-X.
In June 2010, after over a quarter of a century developing specialist music education, Francis sold his schools. Seriau’s passion, commitment and ability to nurture talent lies at the heart of MET Music Academy’s success. He has already empowered a whole generation of musicians since 1983 and helped them become successful. His track record is a living testimony of this.
